If I could pick zero stars, I would. My primary care Dr recommended I talked to Dr Zare so I called and told him I had been referred for a particular issue. First I was told the Dr wouldn’t see me and in fact, won’t even talk to me but that they would confirm that with the Dr and let me know later that day. That day, no response – called the next morning, told me they would have a response from the Dr by 1pm, no response – called the next day, was promised would have a response by 4pm – no response and never called me back. — Not a Dr I would recommend to anyone or us, if this is their customer service – very poor and discourteous.
